Sarah caught the acting bug while she was in junior high school. Sarah fell in love with acting after being spotted by her drama instructor in his backyard, slogging through the grass so she could get to her field hockey class in time. Sarah was inspired to develop her acting abilities by choosing an academic double major on the campus of Hamilton College with a major in English as well as Theater. Additionally, she studied theater in London as well as Oxford during her Junior year. She was awed by learning about the arts was encouraged by her parents her mother as Chairperson in the English Department at the Convent of the Sacred Heart in Greenwich CT and her father a skilled painter. It is clear that her training and talents paid off. The actress has appeared in a variety of TV shows like Law and Order Six Feet Under Brothers & Sisters Samantha Who? Sarah's work as an actor on TV is enhanced by her work as a spokesperson for the Alzheimer's Association. She speaks often on the issue. Sarah was host of their annual Sardi's party for the past three years and she presented the event this year. Sarah lives on the west and east coasts of the United States together with her husband and two daughters, and works in Toronto.
